Double Holo Error Shining Gyarados?

I was recently going through my old collection sleeving/top loading and taking stock of what I all had when my Shining Gyarados gave me pause. I'm aware of holo bleed/double holo errors and know this can be one. Unfortunately my neo revelation celebi is normal, though still pretty. I was hoping to get confirmation on whether one of my favorite cards from my childhood collection is the holo bleed variant. This was always my second favorite shining and I only ever pulled one, Tyranitar is my favorite Pokémon. If nothing else, I'm glad I could share it! Thanks!
