Need help with weeds in the back yard

Suggestions on how to tackle these weeds? I’m spending every week trying to pull them out and finally gave up.

Hey I’m thinking of replacing the temporary extension cord with something like this: https://a.co/d/097mHuaV

It’s stiff, I can push it up on top the floor molding.

Would this setup work ?

Note: the plug in the bathroom is GFCI. So if water were to overspill, will the unit trip as the plug itself is GFCI but not the extension cord ?
