Getting a brand new driveway installed. Pavers were just put down today. Sand has not been applied yet. This is the edge facing the street.

I see several cuts which are not straight.

I see a paver which is chipped already.

There is 1/2 inch or more gap between the sidewalk and the pavers.

I am thinking about asking the contractor to recut a couple of the pavers to maintain a straight edge and replace the chipped paver.

Am I being too nit-picky? Should I ask to fix any other issues? Or will all these issues disappear after sand is applied?
