All, getting a lot of good info out of this group - many thanks.
I have a 2020 X5 40i with 90K miles and I’m trying to change the transfer case fluid.
I picked up an Autel MK808S specifically so I could open the transfer case valves for max drainage but the scanner won’t recognize that the X5 is in “Diagnostic Mode”.
I’ve updated all software and firmware on the scanner.

Has anyone run into this and found a solution?
Appreciate any help!
