Report cheating players on the Full Blockade leaderboard
There are only 2 days left for the event. I have gone through the profiles of all top 100 ranked players and there are plenty of cheats currently still ranked.
Non-level 70+ accounts with no B4 and above limited SSRs (particularly Aizen / Soi-fon / Gin / Grimmjow).
My screenshot is for NA and the current top 2 should not be able to achieve their scores without cheats.
Reporting is easy and there is checkbox for cheating.
