
Great morning ride
Today was great I took my time so I could practice pushing with both legs. And just work on balance. Did 7 miles overall and felt better endurance wise. Altho usually my toes on my right main push foot get cramps but usually at the end so I can deal. But it actually felt nice to go “slow”. I have a question on speed? So I just ride rail trails and this one small section has a decline and I get to maybe 10-14 mph. I can certainly feel where the board feels diff under me. What are tips for speed? I honestly don’t care to ever bomb sill anytime soon but this is a nice little section that gets you to ride out and not overly scary so id like to use it to feel comfortable at speed. And I work on foot braking as well with it but not at this fast “for me” speed.
