Asus Zephyrus G14 2021 won't turn on

Hello I have a Zephyrus G14 2021, since like last month it suddenly won't turn on it's just the black screen pre Asus logo, fans work but very weak, lights on keyboard work ok, it only works if I taie off the ram so I've been using it without it, has anyone had this problem too?
