Hello I was looking for a gps for my cat. I need something long range and with no subscription. I was wondering if Bluetooth as tracking technology works for long range. I honestly don't believe it can work long range so if it's not suitable for my needs, what technology should I look into?

Hello everyone me and my friends are going to Sofia for our summer holidays we're staying in the Krasno Selo district near the National palace of culture. I just wanted to know how safe it is, I guessed quite safe given it's close to the center but I just wanted to make sure.
