Should I consider booking Masahiro and use him instead of Tagoar?
This is really to see who I should use my legendary books one when a tournament/event happens. It’s between Masahiro and Cecilia since I managed to pull her. I’m thinking invest my books on Cecilia for lower Cooldown and more damage cause she is carrying my account rn but I figured maybe the increases in the debuff chance on Masahiro is better if he is a better Tagoar.
