I have an LIC policy (annuity) that I wish to report on this form.

I am unable to locate information about the cash value of my policy. The policy document only mentions a purchase price.

Has anyone else faced a similar issue?

I know that peptides and small molecules are lyophilized regularly. And I also know that disordered proteins can be lyophilized without any problem.

But what happens if a folded protein is lyophilized?

How common is it?

What to expect upon reconstituting this protein?
