What’s been your experience with CRMs like Jobber, Housecall Pro for your pressure washing business?

I’m curious what people here think about CRMs like Jobber, Housecall Pro, and similar software.

Do they really help grow the business, or do they just add another thing to manage? I’d especially like to hear whether they reduce admin work, whether they’re worth the money, and how you’d rate the ROI after using them for a while. Some of these cost more money in a year than many of us paid for the basic equipment when starting out.

If you’ve used one, did it make life easier or just more complicated at first?
