This is the first of four hobbity/fantasy patterns I have picked out to frame and hang in my guest bathroom. I really love the colors in this pattern! 🥰

I posted in here recently to try and find a pattern from the 80s that my mom had stitched onto a sweatshirt when I was a little kid. It was a magical internet moment and y'all came in with all the details within MINUTES. Thank you all again!!
The pattern is "Old Blue Eyes" by Bob Harrison. It came from a 1989 magazine but I was able to get a copy on eBay for $5! I'd never stitched on clothes before so this was my first time using waste canvas, but this was a perfect little pattern to test those waters with. I think it worked out pretty well, and I love that I was able to recreate my mom's work ♥️
...and I already have plans for several more sweatshirts I want to stitch now. This has started a whole new stitching chapter for me!
