Milestone 01
The Final Boss Doctrine
Final Boss transitioned from a software project
to a governed product.
The product now has:
- A permanent philosophy
- A chain of authority
- Product doctrine
- Architecture governance
- Engineering workflow
- Institutional memory
Future development is now guided by doctrine
instead of conversation.

Join the clan that will have backing this is my 1st week I feel I’m doing kinda good for 1 person at the end of the week I will post everything. What I’ve spent/ made this is 💯 miner wars test phase making numbers correct. Not assumptions but hard numbers
My chatbot just told me I should create a bible for my app🤣 it has gotten so in-depth that I’ve had to start new chats because they have gotten so long it has frozen on me 🤣🫣😳. So now I need a bible to pass off not a blueprint
Package 103B — Manual MCP Snapshot Review
1. What this package does
Package 103B turns the Package 103A MCP contract foundation into a usable manual snapshot review workflow.
It will:
Add or complete a local MCP snapshot review screen.
Let the user paste a manually collected GoMining MCP JSON snapshot.
Parse and normalize the snapshot through the Package 103A policy.
Strip or block sensitive fields before they can be saved.
Show lightweight fintech summaries.
Show field-level review candidates.
Clearly separate:
safe review fields
protected local fields
masked metadata
unsupported fields
never-store fields
Confirm miner ROI is GoMining-reported, not Final Boss-calculated.
Confirm rewards are aggregate-only, not per-miner attributed.
Keep all updates staged for review only.
Add no live MCP connection, OAuth, token handling, polling, background sync, or automatic overwrite.
This package does not connect Final Boss directly to GoMining MCP yet.
Coming sooner than I thought I’m hoping today is Thursday? I’m thinking by next Thursday and I have 1 beta tester that’s just itching for it. I see you and it will be fully functional in App Store and google play
Wow I have created something here I can’t show it yet but I feel I have come dam close to visual perfection

Over the last few days, the app has moved from prototype polish into real beta infrastructure.
Core flow now forming:
CSV import → audit → ledger → reports → backup/export
Recent work includes:
✅ Import Manager
Review CSV import groups, inspect rows, and remove bad/test imports without wiping the app.
✅ Duplicate protection
Re-imported GoMining CSV rows are detected and prevented from double-counting.
✅ Rewards / Wallet / Taxes wiring
Imported GoMining reward rows now feed history, reports, and tax review while staying wallet-off when needed.
✅ Tax Summary
Accountant-style summaries with taxable reward totals, BTC totals, monthly breakdowns, source breakdowns, and drill-down exports.
✅ Backup safety
JSON export/restore flow improved with preview-only wording, restore guardrails, and typed RESTORE confirmation.
✅ Reports Center cleanup
Transaction Ledger, Rewards Ledger, Tax Ledger, Tax Summary, Miner Profiles, Power Events, Subscriptions, and roadmap reports are being organized.
✅ Help Center cleanup
Long guides now open as full-screen scrollable pages with safer explanations for imports, reports, backups, restore, and source verification.
✅ Miner Wars planning skeleton
Local-only, source-locked planning system added for squad plans, linked miners, leagues/worlds, and future operational modeling.
✅ Dashboard Solo / Wars switch
Dashboard now separates normal solo overview from Miner Wars planning mode.
✅ Wallet + transaction polish
Cleaner transaction rows, protected imported rows, better chips, BTC/GOMINING icon fallbacks, and improved ledger readability.
Final Boss still does NOT:
• ask for private keys
• custody funds
• control GoMining accounts
• withdraw assets
• change GoMining settings
The focus is local-first tracking, CSV imports, operational history, tax visibility, reports, exports, and backup safety.
The boring infrastructure work is what turns Final Boss from an idea into a platform.
I’ve been working through a major usability and safety pass on Final Boss — an independent, non-custodial companion app for GoMining users.
The core workflow is simple:
CSV import → audit → ledger → reports → backup/export
Recent progress:
✅ Import Manager added
Users can now review imported CSV groups, inspect the rows inside each import, and remove a specific imported batch without resetting the whole app.
✅ Duplicate CSV protection confirmed
If the same GoMining reward CSV is imported again, Final Boss detects duplicate rows before import and prevents double-counting.
✅ CSV import review improved
Duplicate rows now clearly show why they are being skipped and remain wallet-off so balances are not inflated.
✅ Report period filtering added
Reports can now be viewed by all-time, year, or custom date range.
✅ Tax Summary added
A new accountant-style summary shows taxable reward totals, row counts, BTC totals, wallet-off rows, source totals, and monthly breakdowns.
✅ Tax Summary drill-down added
Users can tap a month or source, review the exact rows behind the total, and export that selected row set as CSV.
✅ Safer import undo flow added
Bad import? Duplicate file? Test CSV? Users can now remove that import group instead of wiping the full app.
✅ Reports and Backup Check cleaned up
Reports, Backup Check, Help Center, and related screens are getting compact mobile layout passes so the app is easier to scan.
✅ Backup safety wording improved
Backup preview/export flows are clearly separated from restore actions. Restore still requires typing RESTORE and confirming.
Final Boss does NOT:
• ask for private keys
• custody funds
• control a GoMining account
• withdraw anything
• change GoMining settings
The current focus is local tracking, CSV imports, import auditing, reports, exports, and backup safety.
Still beta, but the foundation is getting much closer:
Import → audit → manage → report → export
This is the boring infrastructure work that turns a prototype into a real platform.
Final Boss is officially moving into the next stage of development and I’m now looking for a small group of active beta testers.
Final Boss is being built as a premium tracking and optimization platform focused on:
• NFT mining operations
• digital mining assets
• miner tracking
• rewards visibility
• maintenance monitoring
• operational analytics
• portfolio oversight
Current beta focus:
• dashboard systems
• miner management
• rewards tracking
• wallet visibility
• operational clarity
• optimization workflows
This is still an early-stage beta, so testers should expect:
- bugs
- unfinished systems
- ongoing changes
- active development updates
What I’m looking for:
• active miners
• people willing to give honest feedback
• users interested in optimization and tracking systems
• long-term testers who want to help shape the platform
The goal is to build something genuinely useful for managing mining operations instead of another generic crypto dashboard.
If interested, comment below or send a DM.
Final Boss is an independent platform and is not affiliated with or endorsed by GoMining.

Final Boss is an independent platform and is not affiliated with or endorsed by GoMining.
A lot of crypto mining platforms give users numbers.
Very few give users clarity.
Final Boss is being designed around the idea that miners should be able to actually understand:
- rewards
- maintenance impact

- reinvestment strategy
- long-term system performance
The goal is not just tracking.
The goal is building a premium command center that helps users better understand and manage their mining operation over time.
Still early in development, but the support and discussions already happening here have been incredibly valuable.
