I've got steak sandwiches on my household menu this week. I was thinking the classic Turkish roll, steak, cheese and caramelised onions, but can't decide on the best sauce to put on it to make it really amazing.

What's a good homemade sauce (that I could make on a weeknight) that would level up a classic steak sanga?
