I’m organizing meals for a group of about 40 people at the Regis Thornton campus and could use some local recommendations!

I’m out-of-state, so I need something that can reliably cater and deliver. We’ll have guests with a variety of dietary needs/preferences, so I’m especially looking for restaurants that offer a “build your own” style setup where components are served separately (proteins, veggies, starches, sauces, toppings, etc.) so people can assemble plates that work for them.

We’re doing multiple days, and I already have Chipotle booked for one day — that style of catering is ideal. I’d love suggestions for other local restaurants that offer a similar setup and do a good job with larger group catering/delivery.
