Does anyone know if the Union (SEIU/CAPS) has provided direction to state workers on how to organize against RTO?

Obviously I’ve seen people post here about billboards, responding to their directors BS notices, etc. What we really need though is one collective approach and stance. One organized message and it needs to be LOUD and unified. Strength in numbers. NO to RTO. RTO is a huge net loss for Californians (tax payers, state workers and the environment). Plain and simple.

So, how and when do we unify and make it known that workers will fight?
