Ramad Myrrh, an unexpected banger!
Ever since I got my nose on Ormonde Jayne Montabaco I fell in love with it. Both the regular and Verano. It's a unique, airy and diffusive fragrance that's both lightly sweet and woody. A very gentlemanly scent. I've been looking for a clone of it for years now, I know Alexandria had one but I was sceptical and haven't tried it. I walked into beauty base trying everything they had. As soon as I sprayed this I knew I found one.
It smells like a denser, flatter version of the OG. Definitely less complex, less airy and diffusive. The OG has better projection but lacks the performance, no more than 4/5 hours and it drops off before that. Ramad Myrrh lasts longer but I'd say it sits a bit closer to the skin.
For the price (£25) it definitely scratches the itch, and I suspect it will project better in the summer heat. I've only had it for a few days but I'm looking forward to testing it out further.
