Where is your go to beauty salon? Looking to get my eyebrows waxed / threaded maybe lashes tinted, mani pedi ? Any one stop shops lol

At the age of 30 I was sick and tired of being sick and tired. Brain fog, muscle weakness, fatigue sleeping for 8plus hours a night Tried vitamins and supplements, bloodwork tests for any and all deficiencies or illnesses. Moved my body more even tho every step made me weak and even more exhausted
Went to a therapist, got prescribed an SSRI, started zepbound and am down 25 pounds (yay) & then got referred for a sleep apnea test.
Turns out I stop breathing at least 40 times a night, never getting a restful nights sleep for years could be the reason for all of my issues.
I don’t go for my next sleep test until end of October & most likely won’t get the results or machine until early 2027…..
Could a CPAP machine really be the answer? Is there a light at the end of this 30 year long tunnel ?
