Hi everyone! I’m visiting Kurdistan in about a week. I am a US citizen. I have done some quite extensive research regarding the visas, and have come to learn that US citizens are eligible for a visa upon arrival. I just wanted to ask if anyone has done that before, or known someone to do it? I’m just a little worried about this. I even emailed the consulate in Erbil, and they confirmed that as a US citizen I am able to get a 30-day visa upon arrival. Simply I’m curious if anyone has any knowledge on that? And what about the e-visa? I didn’t really want to do that option because it seems like such a hassle with all the requirements for that. Visa upon arrival seems so much more peaceful.
