I feel very thin and want to be at least 120-125 pounds how can I get there safely ?
Hi, I’m a 23 female and since last year around August I’ve been very thin. I went through a lot of health related changes and a breakup that took a huge toll on my mental health. At the time I weighed 129 and currently I weight id say 109 on a good day. My lowest since then was 103 in February. I always had a fast metabolism but nowadays it’s like no matter what I try I cannot maintain the weight. I’m somewhat of a picky eater but nowadays I haven’t been as much because I sincerely want to gain weight again. Any genuine tips or tricks gladly appreciated. Last time I weighed myself was a few days ago and I was 110 which is the pictures attached.
