I need help with starting to learn the language as a beginner
Hello I'm xylia, I don't know if this comes off as weird or "off" however I'm half kurdish half Lebanese.
unfortunately where i grew up i never learnt my other identity up until i became 10 years old and at that point i only knew how to speak arabic/english.
Fortunately for me now that i started to accept im kurdish (it was something personal that i didn't first accept it, not because it was my personal belief but my mum kinda influenced my opinion on this)
Anyway i have few questions, anyone actually willing to help id REALLY appreciate it, so my first question how do i actually start learning the language? i haven't visited my grandparents from my dad side in a long time due to family issues so i haven't asked them on exactly what i need to learn the language (my dad knows it but he's illiterate so he can't help with teaching me anyway, he's not fluent too)
I don't know anything about Kurdistan nor our people, I feel so lost when I try to search and understand my own people so I need guidance, also I'm multilingual, not only do i speak arabic and english, i also speak mandarin, so a fourth language isn't going to be a great deal.
Anyone willing to guide me on the culture but most importantly learning the language? pls dm me id genuinely appreciate it.
And for humanity's sake, I'm NOT ai im HEAVILY against it so i really hope people don't brush this off because i just this sub reddit here after trying to google my way to learn the language and it led me here so..
