Hey guys. My exam is in 2 weeks and I am absolutely spiraling. I’m genuinely terrified I’m going to fail. My parents said they will disown me if I don't pass, and my fiancé is threatening to leave.

Here are my diagnostic scores. Please be brutally honest:

• NBME 30: 94%
• NBME 31: 98%
• Free 120: 100% (but it felt like a fluke, I guessed on two questions)
• UWorld: 96% correct (100% completed, 2nd pass)

My current daily routine:

• Wake up at 3:00 AM, review 4,000 Anki cards before breakfast
• Do 4 back-to-back timed UWorld blocks while running on a treadmill at a 10% incline
• 12:00 PM: I read 150 pages of FA while crying
• 6:00 PM: I re-watch Pathoma at 4.5x speed while doing chest compressions on a CPR manikin to practice muscle memory

In all seriousness, if you even have an iota of intelligence and use the search bar, you'll see that having multiple NBMEs in 70+ will put you in a great position to pass. Now, go touch some grass you insufferable nerds
