Barista express impress won’t grind anymore
Hello everybody, just thought I’d write here in a last ditch effort before I try and return my machine.
Over the last month or so the grinder has refused to work instead displaying two flashing red lights on the dose level indicator.
Now the strange part is, if I remove all the beans from the hopper and top catchment and refill it, it will work 1-2 times (usually once) before it eventually shows the error again.
With no beans in the hopper or grinder the grinder functions with no error lights displayed.
I’ve tried multiple deep cleans, a wide variety of fresh beans, different grind sizes (including changing the inner burr size), hard resets and soft resets but nothing seems to work.
On occasion after clearing out all the beans and filling it up again I’ll get 3 doses before it throws a tantrum again.
(The machine is 3 months old)
