Got burned by my first marketing agency

Hired a marketing agency to help in order to see what I was doing wrong with my marketing as well as to learn to better fulfill for my future clients. They ended up creating a very low entry ad that got a ton of leads (but all of low quality). This ended up burning cash not only on ads, but automation and ai as well. These leads were either too broke for my service or had no intent of buying anything. I’ve asked for optimization of ads to fix the target audience and it’s been a month and I still have not been able to schedule a review with them. I had to fix a bug they put when setting up everything because they took too long to respond. My previous marketing campaign preformed better than what im currently paying for. I had more appointments booked and higher intent leads. Overall, I thought an established marketing agency would help but now I’m down $6k and $1.5k in ads. I want to call the bank and get my money back but I signed a contract -_- Rant over.

Looking for a High Ticket Sales Partner

I’ve spent the last six months building an AI-powered lead generation agency that helps real estate agents book qualified seller appointments through online marketing, AI agents, automations, and CRM workflows.

The marketing system, fulfillment, and infrastructure are already built. I’m now looking for someone who wants to take ownership of the sales process while I focus on scaling operations and client success. All opportunities are inbound—generated through our own marketing system. No cold calling or prospecting required.

This isn’t just another closing role. I’m looking for someone who wants to help build the sales organization as we grow.

I’m looking for someone who wants to help build this company long term. Initially this will be a commission-only role with significant earning potential. As we scale, the goal is to grow into Head of Sales with greater responsibility and compensation.

Requirements:
- Based in the United States
- Native or near-native English
- Minimum 6 months and a successful track record of closing HTS services ($3k+)
- Strong work ethic and ability to lead without direct supervision.

Preferred:
- Experience in the Real Estate Industry
- Experience building sales processes including SOPs and infographics/sales decks.
- Familiarity with GoHighLevel CRM.

If you’re confident in your ability to close high-ticket offers and want to help build a company from the ground-up, let’s talk.

Tips for an agency noob

I’ve had my agency for almost a year now. My Target Audience is Real Estate Agents. My offer is an AI Lead Generation System (10 qualified seller appointments in 90 days or money back guarantee) that Finds, Qualifies, and Books Sellers straight into your calendar. I’ve had ~50 appointments show up but I’ve only closed 1 on a free trial (DB Reactivation trial that failed horribly so they didn’t continue). Since then I’ve tweaked my system to be less spammy when following up (I was hitting text rate limits - which is another problem I can’t understand. In order to get more text rates I have to hit the limit which ironically bans me from sending further texts for the rest of the day)

I’ve been getting all my leads via FB Ads. I’ve seen the same offer work with other agencies but I don’t understand what I’m doing wrong. I don’t have enough to pay for another mentorship and I already bought two courses to get better at sales and fulfillment. I also have a closer, albeit he is also new to sales. I need help.

This is my first time doing hard sales and after doing research I felt that real estate agents wouldn’t be too tough and it’s an industry I’m interested since I have my own portfolio as well.
