Has anyone used idealista online booking (with insurance) feature?

I'm currently looking for a room in Madrid for my upcoming exchange semester this fall.

I noticed that when I apply a filter to show only 'private advertisers' (for excluding online booking) more than half of the listings disappear. Is opting for 'Online Booking' generally considered a bad idea??

Also I've seen that most Online Booking options limit the stay to a maximum of 2 months.. Is this just a way to pay the rest of the rent in person to avoid fees later on? Or are these rooms actually only available for short-term 2 month rentals? It seems like listings with the online booking feature don't support the chat function... There doesn't seem to be any way to contact the landlord before actually making a booking

The online booking's service fees are quite high, but if it's reliable, I'm willing to go with it. Honestly house hunting is getting so stressful🤯🤯🤯🤯

l'd love to hear about your experiences !!!!🥹💗
