I have a 9x5 room with the toilet 40 inches away from the mainstack. I want to move it 20 inches closer to the main stack. I will need new plumbing in the walls for shower fixtures. Also a built in glass wall, and large format tile on the ceiling in the shower. How much work and hours are needed after gutting? The floor and ceiling joists are 16 inch so not much if any framing is needed. I've gotten 3 contracts with wild discrepancies between for time. Thanks
