There’s a smell I get on the dry downs of Creed Millesime Imperial and Lalique Pour Homme Lion that is really off putting for me. I believe it could be ambroxan or sandalwood. It smells dry, salty, and overwhelming (screechy?). Imagine what your skin would smell like if you worked a heavy sweat, then baked the sweat off your skin so what’s only left is the salt.

If anyone has any idea please let me know so I can avoid it all costs and save myself a lot of time and money in this hobby.
