I feel like the "targeted by" design space has been intentionally avoided, but I am curious as to why. Any thoughts?

[[ophiomancer]] had a really weird baby with ulamog...

How many design rules does this break at once? So far I've got:

• After Ixalan, all Planeswalkers that Are, Were, and Ever Shall Be are legendary.
• Pauper-legal walker.
• 2-mana walker without [[Jace Reawakened]] clause or similar.
• *Walker with no walker type. Some commenters have pointed out that The Aetherspark and The Wanderer both lack a Planeswalker type. I still feel like it not being? Any kind of character? Is a sin.
• Kindred Eldrazi Planeswalker must also be some kind of sin. /u/A_Sensible_Personage pointed out that an Eldrazi Planeswalker is also a 🚨🚨 Lore Violation 🚨🚨!
• /u/OkStandard8039 has pointed out a templating sin: it's "Scions", not "scions". Damn.

• Vehicle land.
• Land in command zone (this part would require an actual rule change, since your commander currently has to be a spell).
• Non-land frame on land card. Genuinely unsure whether Land or Vehicle framing is more important to the player, open to thoughts.
