Lil Wayne posts apology video on Instagram explaining history of seizures and migraines

Wayne says his history of seizures has left him with periodic migraines and he's been advised by doctors to refrain from flying when he has migraines due to the effects of the altitude.

He recently missed his first tour date in Maine but was seen partying in New York less than 24h later and reportedly never entered the state of Maine. His next tour date was also in New York and he showed up on time.

There will be a makeup show for those who had tickets to the original show and they are also being offered refunds.
