This is from a Facebook page that reposts videos from the popular Chinese creator @Balingbiaozi66 but almost every single video has this audio over it. It sounds like a somewhat traditional Chinese song with some strange processing and filters to cut out most of the frequencies other than the vocals. I actually really love it and it gives such a specific dream like nostalgic feeling and mood to the videos. I am almost afraid to listen to the original!
