What is happening to my Diecast car windows?

As you all can see, this is extremely strange. Left them in my display cabinet for about a month and never really checked on them, when I went to have a look today I was utterly confused seeing this, these 2 are the worst ones affected, the other cars have similar issues. I've tried Tamiya fine Polish but didn't help much, I'm trying to avoid having to use sandpaper but if there is no other choice, I guess it remains as a last-ditch attempt. Would extremely gladly appreciate any help. Thanks you!

Internship enquiry, Ngee Ann Polytechnic

Currently a Y1 NP Engineering student looking to do an internship at an Engineering company for 1 month during my semester break at the end of August in Singapore. The company hosting the internship, though, is not sponsored/related to Ngee Ann but they require an "Internship placement letter" and and an Internship Participation Agreement as well. I honestly really look forward to this internship, and would appreciate if anyone could please advise me on where to get it, or if there is a specific internship coordinator in NP? Would appreciate the help. Thanks!

How do you find the Moment about the point for structures with angles ≠ 90°?

As it says in the title, how do I find the Moment about a point when there are angles not equal to 90°? I'm rather confused as I can't seem to find much information online regarding this. For the question in the first picture, I understand that you can use Varignon's Theorem to solve for the lower part of the crane as it is at a 90° angle, but now with the boom at 34° what I am supposed to do? Do I just break it down and solve for the moment at the lower end of the boom? And if I do that, how do I determine the direction of the force? The picture on the second question is similar, albeit a little simpler but i believe the concept is the same. I'm honestly not sure where to start, how to put them together, and would really appreciate some help from those who have done this before! I don't want you guys to solve it for me, but I would like you guys to teach me the concept behind it. Thanks.
