Grading and Drainage Issues

Hello, I’m a newish homeowner aiming to address many of the issues from our inspection. One of which is draining and grading issues that the inspector shared were minor.

“• Improper or inadequate grading around the foundation
Soil level should be at least 4" below brick/stone siding - too high
• Improper or inadequate grading around the foundation
Soil level should be at least 6" below wood/other cladding - too high
• Grading should be improved to promote water drainage away from the foundation. The grading should fall 6" in the first 10' of the home
• Negative slope of grading toward the home. Grading should slope away from the home
• Water can be trapped between landscaping and foundation
• I recommend adding ground cover to prevent erosion
• Water ponding observed - Grading should be improved
• Gutters are blocked with leaves and debris, recommend cleaning
• Splash blocks missing and/or turned backwards - Ideally, downspouts should drain at least 3 ft from foundation.”

Are these possible to DIY? Are these emergencies? What kind of pro is right for this?
