My printer scanner has just packed up and I realised the only thing I really use it for is printing contracts then scanning them in to store digitally.

Anyone know of any free online services/apps where I can upload a contract. Email link to a customer and then download the signed version?

Found some paid ones. If this does not exist as a free service and you pay for one can you let me know who you use? Are there any drawbacks etc?

Is there anyway a digitally signed contract is less valid than a hard copy? They are rental agreements for equipment I hire out.
