Won't remove galbladder due to portal hypertension

Had pancreatitis, they wanted to take gallbladder out after 5 days in the hospital. I said no, and went to another surgeon to see his advice. He took scans and said he could not due to the viens being to large and in the way. They are 12cm. This was December, have been fine with diet change but recently getting this weird shoulder pain that I had when I had the pancreatitis, along with galbladder pain I assume and feeling achey etc. Was told I do have galstones, but cant be removed because the liner is too thick, and they are too hard. Have liver cirrhosis from prior drinking. (Sober 5 years). Early 30s, male.

Should I seek a different Dr to try to take it out now? Is there somewhere that does this specifically for damaged people? Alcohol does so much more damage to your body then you realize. A simple galbladder removal seems to be high risk now. Thanks all.
