it's pretty much what the title says. I completed tlou ii on grounded+ yesterday, all the way through, and i... didn't get the achievement, it just never showed up.

Did i get it wrong? Can i not get the achievement on a new game+ anymore? i thought we still could. I used some combat accessibility features simply bc i usually play the game on easy/very easy so, but i thought since those are for, you know, accessibility for ppl who actually need it, it wouldn't stop ppl from getting achievements, did i get anything wrong? or is this a bug?
