Baxi 105e opinions needed

Hi. My British gas engineer came to fix the boiler again and recommended upgrading. He said it's harder and harder to find parts for this boiler. I thought this was a popular brand. Is he telling the truth or trying to drum up business for the company?

Trip to a real bookshop incoming! What are your recommendations?

I'm heading up to London tomorrow and I'm making a beeline to Goldsboro Books. What are the pretties SEs I should look out for? I am going first because I'm hoping my sensible brain will say 'if you buy 10 books you'll have to carry them all day'. I'm hoping to walk out with 3 books max. I currently subscribe to FL, TBB and Illumicrate and hope to avoid dupes. Let the recommendations roll in....

Edit: My interests are always growing. Subscribing to book boxes has challenged me and inspired me. I'm not a massive fan of gory horror or candy Romantasy, but anything else, from Grimdark, to cosy, from Historical mysterious to Space Opera, I'll read the blurb and decide. But I do love a pretty spredge...

Edit 2: I've just found out there are 2 massive protests planned in London tomorrow. I've cancelled my trip. I was going to get the train up and lots of people travel to protests on the train. I don't want to get caught between the 2 factions, or be challenged by strangers. Feel like a wimp. I'm so sad now. But I will write down all the recs, and look them up for 2 weeks time. 😢

Hantavirus... would you go through another lockdown in teaching?

Speculation...On the NHS sub Reddit they're discussing what they'd do if there was another lockdown and the consensus so far is no way. Personally, and I said this after COVID, I'd get signed off ASAP. There's no way. Of course, it may never happen ... again.
