I was wondering if anyone had ever run into an issue like mine before! Any advice is welcome!!

Winter 2026 was my final semester, but I still have one deferred final to complete next week. But as I try to login to my D2L/Outlook/MyUCalgary, all tell me that my account has been locked and I need to contact my admin. I can't access any of the course materials on D2L I need to revise.

I've been on hold with UCalgary IT support for a few hours now. As I'm on a time crunch, I would appreciate if anyone had any alternative suggestions? I thought about calling my advising department but would they not just redirect me to call IT?
