As 1 of 3 teamleads in food and consumables department why would it hurt to have me do closing shifts only?
If I did closing shift 5 days out of the week why not just schedule 1 of the other 2 teamleads to close the 2 days that I don’t work for that week? If 1 of the other teamleads I work with only worked mornings and they were off the next day then I would be more than glad to cover their morning shift once a week if that means I can work mostly closing shifts
