Back yard options -
I'm looking for ideas for my back yard, it's about to be a blank slate and I'm overwhelmed by the options. I'm preparing to tear down the HUGE (18'x20') garage (it's quite rotted, and I haven't been able to even get a quote on repair) spoke to the permits department in my city, I can only rebuild if I move the garage away from the property lines (I don't think I want something as big as the current garage anyway) OR, I can put as many <144 sq ft . structures back there as I want without a permit. I'm going to have to redo the concrete regardless, so considering maybe going to a big shed, a carport, and a small greenhouse? Though I have no idea how I would arrange them. The yard is 33 feet wide and about 45 ft deep. I haven't ruled out putting a small deck off the back of the house either. Help.
