My son is rebuilding an expanded Drago deck, and I am trying to build a counter deck built around Lillie’s Clefairy. (Yes, the results from Aichi have led us to renew our expanded deck building shenanigans). Stealthy Hood says: “Prevent all effects of your opponent's Abilities done to the Pokémon this card is attached to. Remove any such existing effects.” Is Lillie’s Clefairy’s ability an “effect” done to Drago? The ability says: “The Weakness of each of your opponents dragon Pokemon in play is now psychic.” He also plays Path to the Peak, but is looking for an option if I bump with Chaos Swell.
