How to tell if your computer has virus or malware?
I have had my laptop for six months now. I don't pirate games, I only dowlanded tomodachi life from the drive link my sister sent me. She told me she did check for viruses, and her laptop is fine too.
A few weeks before, I did a full scan using the MRT tool of windows, which detected two files. The files were in a folder that named CC, in the MRT tool it said, ...AppData/roaming/cc/logs/playersdk/MLiveCCPlayerapp.log
So, I deleted the files without doing a virus check.
Before deleting the files, I had already done other scans, which came out with no issues found including; windows offline scan, Windows Defender, MRT tool, and Bitdefender came out with no issues found.
I didn't have any problems with my accounts either.
Today, while I was closing my laptop, I saw an app preventing shutdown, and it was a installer, it didn't see the name because I was up. Bitdefender updated itself before I closer my laptop, and after that, I did a quick scan, which didn't find anything again.
Also I had sceens appear and close in seconds when I open my laptop, it happen two times since I got my laptop and it did happen the first week I had my laptop which again I didn't dowland anything that time.
Idk maybe I am just being delusional but if there is a way to find if my laptop has Virus or anything I would appreciate it before I grew to delusional and do a full wipe and re-dowland windows for good.
