Hey everyone, I need some advice on how to reach someone with actual authority in Temu corporate.
I**’**ve been dealing with Temu customer service for weeks due to a major issue they caused on my account. I requested a 50 JOD compensation for the endless stalling and stress I experienced. Instead of resolving it, their agents have been giving me completely useless copy-pasted replies. Today, an agent named Rebecca officially closed my ticket and sent a refusal email just to escape accountability.
This endless runaround is putting a dangerous physical strain on my health since I have a severe heart condition, and I just want to get my right and close this file. I already submitted a complaint to the BBB, but since it**'s the weekend, I'**m waiting for a reply.
Does anyone have a direct corporate email or a specific method to get this escalated to their higher management team? Any advice is highly appreciated.
