This is the second time happening to me whenever the update is scheduled it says “update delayed due to battery low” my 12v battery is above 80% and hv battery is above 90% i didn’t kept in charge everything was accordingly the guidelines so im not sure why it is not being updated I have already tried doing 3-4 times.

Guidelines

There are a few possibilities why a scheduled software update may not have started, such as your vehicle was not off, not in park, or the doors were open.
Software Update Preconditions
The following items must be completed before attempting the next scheduled software update, or you may receive an error message:
Your vehicle is parked, and the parking brake is engaged.
The hazard indicators are switched off.
The vehicle's alarm is not sounding.
Your vehicle's ignition is off.
All your doors, the hood, and the trunk are closed.
Your headlights are turned off.
Your electric Ford is not charging.
There is no emergency call in progress.
Your vehicle is not in limp home mode. 
Important:
Gas vehicles need to be on and running for at least 30 minutes before initiating a software update.
Battery Electric Vehicles (BEVs) must have their high-voltage battery charged to 80% and cannot currently be charging.
