SSDI & SIBTF

If I am filing a SIBTF claim because of permanent disability , would that disqualify me for SSDI if my SIBTF pymt ends up being kinda high? Dont know what pymt is yet, because havnt gotten my permanent disability rating yet (should be about 75-85%)

🚾 stress claim

Hi,
I was just informed my stress claim was given 55% causation and 60% industrial. Then report from QME goes on to a breakdown of small ratings to equal out like 45% ! Is stress claims rated the same after they are finally accepted by 🚾 (heard claim has to be @ least 51% industrial )

Deposition wc

Finally my deposition is coming up on my 2023 claim with injuries to cervical lumbar & thoraic spine , also had Rt shoulder surgery torn rotator cuff , while in this process , bi-lateral carpal tunnel syndrome was discovered & I got involved in another accident (as passenger) re- injuring my neck & back. I’m curious if both my claims will be combined since wc is saying this accident n 2024 is cumulative trauma . But my QME stated the CTS was diagnosed after 2023 injury & can be from my neck down to arms & hands . I have 3 claims with different dates & im confused why QME gave me report on both.
