issue with the new KTC Mini LED M27P6S
I purchased the KTC MiniLED M27P6S recently. I am coming from the RedMagic 4K miniLED, the main reason i upgraded is I wanted a glossy monitor and on paper this monitor was basically just the same monitor with more dimming zones and a glossy screen.
The problem I am having is with the setting "Black Equalize" by default the value is set to 50, but to my eyes when I lower it to 25 the image looks much better (default 50 value looks washed out to me). However the problem is that the setting will not save it at the value I want it, anytime I restart my PC or sleep/wake it resets back to the 50 default, so I basically have to manually set it back to 25 every time I want to use my computer which is a big nuisance.
I have also tried the official KTC Monitor Control Center app to change the value, but that does not make it save either.
Does anyone know if there is a solution to this problem? I've been waiting for a 4K 27" miniLED with a glossy finish for years, and we finally have one and this one small thing kind of ruins the entire monitor.
