Waiting for OA - am I cooked?
Wanted to get some opinion.
I had a first round interview with a fintech company. The day after I was invited to round 2. I finished round 2 and 3 minutes after the interview the recruiter emailed me asking how it went. I said it went well and hoped the interviewer thought so too. She emailed me back like 5 minutes later saying “Awesome! I’ll keep you posted about next steps”.
That was Wednesday and now it’s Friday and I still haven’t heard back. The interviewer told me the next step would be a coding assessment. I told him I would do my best to prepare and he said ok.
Thinking I may be cooked but wanted to get some other thoughts. This is a startup like company so things move fast unlike a larger corporation where I wouldn’t bat an eye at this.
