Hey 👋🏼

I was diagnosed with temporal lobe epilepsy about a year and a half ago. My focus and concentration seems to be absolutely awful now and I'm not sure if it's due to the diagnosis/medication or just laziness? I'm on lamotrigine (recently increased due to a seizure which landed me with some concussion 🙄). I just wondering if anyone else feels similar to me?

I am feeling so dumb at my new job because I'm just struggling to keep up and pick things up when I never used to be like this!
