I have weedman lawn care service. And just came to terms I can repair my own lawn, and possibly for a lot cheaper.
I’ve been studying up how to do so and one article and video both mentioned if pre emergent has been laid just hang it up and start in the fall. It’s going to take some months for that to not matter any more.
Just called the lawn service they mentioned to me my pre emergent has been laid in February. With fertilizer being laid couple weeks ago.
The representative stated I can lay seed if I want and the seeds will be fine. Nothing to worry about.

So now I have conflicting thoughts. I don’t want to waste money over seeding and doing the steps to repair.

And of you pros got any advice.
