I’m currently building a digital camera brand and trying to understand how people usually organize sourcing + fulfillment for a setup like this.

The plan is:

• One main product
• Premium packaging
• 3–5 accessories and upsell items
• Bundle options on the website

My main questions are:

• Does the main manufacturer usually help with custom packaging, or do you source packaging separately?
• I assume that a accessories will also have to be sourced from a different manufacturer
• Once everything is ready, how do you organize fulfillment and inventory?

For example, do you send everything to a 3PL warehouse that assembles bundles and ships orders, or does the manufacturer handle that side too? If so please dm or recommend such agent/wearhouse that could handle this in the long run for a scaling brand

I’m trying to build something more premium and brand-focused rather than basic AliExpress dropshipping, so I’d love to hear how people structure this in practice once there are multiple SKUs, custom packaging, and upsells involved.

Hi, 30-40 packages per month and the number is growing I need a reliable fulfillment agent, a person or a company that’ll help me to ship directly to my customers. 80% customers are from the US but there are other countries as well. Most important part is that I don’t want customers receiving automatic notifications that the item is shipped from

China. Would like to have an option to hide the origin and send the last mile carrier info instead. Any recommendations? Thank you in advance
