hey everyone, I'm trying to get top surgery asap. I live in the bay area and there are a lot of options, but I'm not seeing too many results images for non flat top surgery/top surgery on larger individuals. I'm very willing to travel for the results I want, but before I start looking out of the area I figured I should ask and see if anyone had surgery in the bay and got good results with a little chub left.
